SolutionInc Expands its South Pacific Presence Through New License and Distribution Agreement with Movielink Pty Ltd.

Australia’s Largest Video On Demand Provider, Movielink Pty Ltd., Selects SolutionInc’s Software Exclusively for its Hotel Customers

Halifax, NS – February 4, 2010: SolutionInc Limited (TSX-VEN:STL), leader in Internet gateway software today announced a license agreement with Movielink Pty Ltd., the largest provider of Video On Demand (VOD) services to the hospitality industry in Australia. Under the agreement, Movielink will exclusively license and incorporate SolutionInc’s patented Internet gateway system, SolutionIP™ to deliver its hospitality broadband offering.
